Kahuna found me during a time in my life of self-reflection and re-calibration; a time when I needed to get back in touch with my authentic self. Despite my initial resistance, I found myself responding very deeply to the call of Kahuna bodywork. 

I attended my first Level 1 training with Anthea Hardwick in 2011 and fell in love with the beauty and gentle power of this sacred Hawaiian bodywork. Since then I have completed all levels of training with Anthea and have been on a journey of self discovery, transformation and self-healing. With each training and with each massage (both giving and receiving) I continue to learn and to grow into my full potential.

As an added bonus, I've been blessed to have found a tribe of kindred souls in this community (my Ohana) who enrich my life beyond words.
